- Roche iProcurement catalog requisitions need to be approved by 1pm for next day shipping.
- Roche items that are not in the iProcurement catalog can be ordered on an RPO or Standard order.
Returning Items
- Call Roche customer service at 800-428-5433 to initiate a return.
- Return is granted at Roche's discretion. Some items are unreturnable or not worth returning.
- If the return is due to a Stanford mistake, we pay a 15% restocking fee and return freight charges.
- You must request any return within 10 days of receipt, and the item must be returned with 15 days of the original ship date.
- Products must be returned the same method they were shipped.
