Ordering Tips
- Save time by ordering using iProcurement catalog ordering (CWA). Your order will be placed automatically- no need to fax or phone it in.
- If your Perkin Elmer iProcurement catalog requisition is approved before 11am, the order will be placed that day.
- P33, P32 and S35 nucleotides ship the same day via DHL overnight if your order is approved by 9:30 am.
- Other radioactive products ship the following day, also DHL overnight.
- Non-radioactive products ship 2nd day priority mail, and heavy items ship via ground transport.
- Perkin Elmer items that are not in the iProcurement catalog can be ordered on an RPO or Standard order.

- Shipping charges will be applied to your PO.
Returning Items
- Please call Perkin Elmer customer service to initiate a return. Perishable and radioactive items are not returnable.
